When purchasing from this website or from one of our sales persons you agree to the following provisions in full, with no exceptions for your transaction to be acknowledged and processed.
CREATED IN THE USA
We are proud to say that our product is created and maintained here in the USA. Any parts that are printed in China are done by U.S. Facilities.
SHIPPING
We ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order and do not back order. We normally ship by USPS. Bettina Creations and Cloud Cover Distribution will assist in delivery claims though it is agreed by the terms of this agreement that said companies will not be held financially responsible for delay of delivery or lost of the shipment. Any claims to be filed to USPS is the responsibility of the receiver.
For small orders shipped to Canada and Mexico we will ship via USPS Express International only. Requests over 60 pounds we ship via BAX Global.
We DO NOT ship outside of North America at this time, though other companies selling our product may from time to time distribute outside of North America.
CHALLENGES
Challenges on deliveries, damage, and shortages can be resolved by telephone inquires at 732-900-9601. Upon report of your details we can more effectively investigate the details and provide an accurate response.
If there are any discrepancies with your request in receipt of shipment, please contact us at cloudcoverdist@aol.com specifying your order number and the details of the challenge. We will do our best to respond by return email within the same day. Upon confirmation of a challenge that you may experience, we may issue you a credit rather then reship.
QUALITY CONTROL
When shipping your cards we make sure they are in perfect condition and exact quantity at the time the package leaves our facility. Upon acceptance of this agreement, it is agreed said companies will not be held responsible for any damages .
If there is a discrepancy, please keep the original packing materials for inspection and immediately notify the shipper and follow their claim procedures. If there is a damage from USPS, please contact their customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) M-F - 8:00am-8:30pm ET Sat - 8:00am-6:00pm ET Sun/Holidays - Closed
If there is a damage from United Parcel Service (UPS) please contact their customer service at 1-888-553-1118.
Please email us providing us your customer order number and the details of the damage. If any additional charges are occurred due to the purchasers actions or fault (chargeback or collection fees) the purchaser agrees to pay any and all monies that can be charged to the credit card provided.
